SEL decline is most pronounced with students in the critical transition years:
- Years 4-6 (primary to intermediate) and 8-9 (intermediate to senior),
- Our mindful dance platform systematically builds SEL competencies through inclusive structured activities that develop that develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, social connection, and growth mindset - directly addressing the competency decline identified in major research studies.
- We're not just teaching dance moves-we're choreographing stronger, more resilient young people equipped with lifelong wellbeing tools.
