Built on 20 Years of real experience.
For over twenty years, I’ve worked directly with young people in creative and educational settings. I’ve seen firsthand how movement, connection, and mindfulness transform confidence. I’ve also seen how traditional dance or sport programs focus solely on physical skills—missing the opportunity to build the emotional and social foundations that research shows are critical during transition Years.
That’s why I created Mind Moves — a program grounded in what actually works with young people. Drawing on my Master of Education, training in Positive Psychology, and certification in meditation teaching, Mind Moves offers structured activities that build resilience, foster peer connection, and develop the social-emotional competencies students desperately need.

Mind Moves systematically builds social-emotional learning competencies through movement. While other programs offer physical education or general wellbeing sessions, we’re the only program combining curriculum-aligned dance with evidence-based SEL development. It’s designed to address the exact gaps we’re seeing in our young people: confidence, resilience, social awareness, connection, and growth mindset.
